Meghan Ely Named One of Eventex’s Top 50 Most Influential Wedding Professionals for 2025

I’m thrilled to share that I’ve been named one of Eventex’s Top 50 Most Influential Wedding Professionals for 2025, an honor selected entirely by the global events community. This recognition is especially meaningful because it reflects the voices of peers who continue to inspire me every day.

Eventex’s annual Powerlist celebrates the 100 most influential people in the events industry, highlighting individuals who have shaped the field through creativity, vision, and innovation. This year, the awards received an outstanding 2,250 nominations from 79 countries, making it one of the most competitive and globally inclusive editions to date.

Meghan Ely recognized as one of Eventex’s Top 50 Most Influential Wedding Professionals for 2025.

In addition to the main list, Eventex announced several sector-specific subsets — including The 50 Most Influential Wedding Professionals — designed to spotlight thought leaders across different corners of the industry. I’m honored to be included among the remarkable professionals recognized for their impact on the wedding space specifically.

As someone who has dedicated my career to amplifying the voices of wedding professionals, advancing the conversation around wedding PR, and strengthening the visibility of our industry, this recognition is deeply appreciated. It’s a privilege to stand alongside so many colleagues whose work elevates weddings around the world.

Eventex Co-founder Ovanes Ovanessian describes the Powerlist as “a true celebration of those whose creativity and drive connect and inspire us all,” and I couldn’t agree more. To be acknowledged by a community I admire—and contribute to—is both humbling and energizing as we head into 2025.

My heartfelt congratulations to all who were recognized across the global and sector-specific powerlists, including leaders from organizations like Salesforce, NVIDIA, RingCentral, IMEX, Amazon Web Services, and many more.

Thank you to everyone who nominated and voted—your support means the world. And thank you to the wedding professionals, clients, and creative partners who make this work so fulfilling.
